I Can't Resist.🫠

Hell of a day it was. 8 Km of Morning Run demands a lot of calories.

A LOT!

This is the first time when I am getting fitness conscious, What I am observing is that the more I burn calories, the more food is demanded by my body. This leads me to eat more than the required amount with additions like ice cream and chocolates. It's understandable Why it's happening.


One should try to control hunger during the first 2 weeks and restrict themselves from eating sugars.


But it's nearly impossible. Why?


Because Indian households have different kinds of festivals resulting in eating the best delicacies in the world, there's no way one can resist that luscious food.


Just like Me, Who ran in the morning and compensated with Poori, Chole, Kheer, Mithai, and Pakodas during dinner.

All Hard work went in vain, Kyu? Karwa Chauth haina.

Khane ki Moh-Maya hai.

Nullifying every drop of sweat.


One more thing,

Why the F*** are RTO offices very very far away?

30 Million vehicle holders and One RTO office at the end of each city doesn't make sense.

Went 15 Km far away for applying for LL, just to hear that "Go home and register online and then come on the allotted date" Go to Hell, idiots. How would I know if I need to apply online? Govt should advertise this on TV or Otts, etc. But nahi.....


Traveling 30 km on a bike in the afternoon is exhausting.

I slept for 4 hours in the evening 😴, Maza agya.


and Yup,


Waking Up early balances the circadian rhythm, My sleep cycle is getting better and better.


I am not starting the 21days Poem writing challenge as of now, postponing it to next week.


Pretty Busy applying for the Warikoooo Internship...
