I recently purchased a hard disk that is smaller than the size of my palms , (AMAZING) yet it can hold all the photos and videos present on my 15-year-old computer. This is a complete contrast to the bulky CPU and wires that used to connect each component of my old computer to each other. It’s amazing how technology has completely transformed, and the storage devices are getting shorter and shorter.
As I transferred the data from my old computer to the new hard disk, I couldn't help but take a walk down memory lane. It was emotional for me to see all the photos and videos from my childhood. I saw pictures of my parents, grandparents, and siblings, all smiling and laughing together. It was a reminder of how much I have grown and how much my family means to me.
As I scrolled through the photos, I could feel my emotions getting the best of me. I laughed and cried, all at the same time. It was a beautiful reminder of how technology has helped us preserve our memories. It's incredible that we can store so much information in such a small device.
But this is just the beginning. The future of technology is trying to store data in human DNA. It is fascinating. Imagine a future where we can store all our data in our DNA. We can carry all our information with us wherever we go, and we won't have to worry about losing it. It's a whole new world of possibilities.
In Fact there are companies like Illumina, Microsoft, Twist Bioscience, and data storage giant Western Digital that are leading the effort as founding members of the DNA Data Storage Alliance.
It's fascinating to see where technology is taking us, and I can't wait to see what the future holds.
