I want to share why I regret watching Big Boss till few years back, I know some of you might be fans of the show, but hear me out before you judge me.
Boy, was I wrong. The more I watched, the more I realized how toxic and manipulative the show was. The contestants were constantly fighting, backstabbing, lying, and scheming against each other. They were also subjected to humiliating tasks and punishments by the mysterious voice of Big Boss, who seemed to enjoy torturing them for his own amusement. The show was full of negativity, violence, and vulgarity.
I realized that watching Big Boss was not good for my mental health or my well-being. It was not making me happy or fulfilled. It was making me miserable and empty. It was wasting my time and energy on something that did not matter in the long run.
That's why I decided to stop watching Big Boss. I started to focus on things that mattered to me, like my goals, my passions, my relationships, and my happiness. I started to feel more positive and optimistic about myself and the world.
I don't regret watching Big Boss because it taught me a valuable lesson: that reality TV is not reality. It is a distorted and exaggerated version of reality that is designed to manipulate our emotions and keep us hooked. It is not healthy or beneficial for us in any way.
So if you are still watching Big Boss, or any other reality TV show for that matter, I urge you to reconsider your choices. Ask yourself: is this show really worth your time and attention? Is this show really making you happy or unhappy? Is this show really helping you grow or stagnate?
